1. Our commitment
1.1 The target for the platform is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
2. Accessibility of the site
2.1 On the pages checked, which Section 6 lists:
- text and background colours meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio;
- form fields and buttons carry names that a screen reader announces;
- pages fit a phone screen 390 pixels wide without sideways scrolling;
- nothing prevents you from zooming in;
- smooth scrolling is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
2.2 On the privacy page, the keyboard moves through the links and buttons in page order. The browser shows the item that has focus.
3. Known limitations
3.1 No link lets keyboard users skip past the page header, which holds a few links before the main content.
3.2 Courses are separate packages, and some come from other authors. They were not part of these checks. Ask SIMFX about the accessibility of a particular course.
3.3 Certificates and the documents that courses cite are PDF files. They were not part of these checks.
4. Reporting a problem
4.1 If you find a problem on this site, or need its content in another format, contact SIMFX using the details in Section 8. Say which page you were on and what went wrong.
5. Reasonable adjustments
5.1 The Equality Act 2010 can require SIMFX to make reasonable adjustments for your training. Ask SIMFX about the adjustments you need.
6. Technical information
6.1 The site has not yet had a full accessibility audit. Its conformance with WCAG 2.2 is not yet assessed.
6.2 This statement rests on automated Lighthouse checks that SIMFX ran in September 2026 on the sign-in page, the learner dashboard, a course introduction, the course player, the branding administration page and the privacy page. Each page scored 98 out of 100. The one failure found was the heading order in the page footer. After that was corrected, the privacy page, the learner dashboard and the course player each scored 100.
6.3 SIMFX also checked the privacy page with a keyboard, and checked each page at the width of a phone screen.

7.1 This statement was prepared in September 2026. It is reviewed when the platform changes significantly.
